Manchester United fans told to look to Pep Guardiola for guidance on Alejandro Garnacho
Pep Guardiola's development of Phil Foden is a good example of how Manchester United should help grow Alejandro Garnacho.
That's according to former Red Devils star Dimitar Berbatov, who insists the youngster needs time to flourish at the club.

Garnacho joined the Old Trafford academy from Atletico Madrid in 2020 and is one of the club's most exciting young prospects.
He has already enjoyed plenty of experience in the United first-team, having made 42 senior appearances.
The 19-year-old has made three starts this season and scored in the 3-0 Carabao Cup win over Crystal Palace.
It's clear that Erik ten Hag trusts the young Argentina international but Berbatov wants to ensure that his development is not rushed.

Speaking to Betfair, he said: "It was great to see Garnacho get on the score sheet in the week, people want him to play more at United but he needs time.
"I think Ten Hag is showing enough faith in Garnacho and deciding the right times for him to play. He's very, very young - just 19 - and you need to be careful not to rush things and try not to be impatient."
He then spoke of how Foden was slowly but surely integrated into the Manchester City side by Guardiola, with the England international now one of the first names on the team sheet.
Berbatov added: "Look at how Guardiola treated Foden, he was brought in slowly and had to answer questions about why he was not playing. A good manager will explain that to young players and the players are usually smart enough to understand.

"Garnacho is in the right place, at the right time, and he has the right coach. When the opportunities are given to him, he should take them 100 per cent.
"Believe me, the manager will see that, appreciate it, and give you your time. If you deserve it, you'll get your chance in the first team. It's always exciting to watch new talent. People think, 'he can be the next…whoever' and start to compare.
"Let's not rush things. In some cases, though, when the player is really exceptional - like when [Kylian] Mbappe was at Monaco - you can understand why he's not on the bench. Those players are very rare, however.
"Everybody's time is different, and I think Ten Hag is doing the right thing here."
After his strike against Crystal Palace, Garnacho now has six goals to his name across all competitions for United. He has also featured for the Argentina national side on three occasions.
