Brighton striker Glenn Murray reveals he is NOT in talks over a new contract at the Amex Stadium

Brighton and Hove Albion striker Glenn Murray has revealed to talkSPORT he is NOT in discussions over a new contract with the club, despite his current deal being up at the end of the season.
Murray has started the final year of his contract with the Seagulls on fire, scoring four goals in five Premier League games.
The 34-year-old has been Brighton’s top scorer for the last two seasons, hitting 14 goals last term to help keep the south coast club in the top flight.
His form in front of goal since the Seagull’s return to the Premier League has even seen the well-travelled frontman tipped for an England call-up.
But Brighton could face losing their top striker for nothing next summer with no new deal currently on the table.
Speaking on Friday’s Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, with former Brighton team-mate Steve Sidwell in the co-host chair, Murray said: “We spoke about it in the summer, but I’ve put it to bed now.
“I’m fully focussed on the season and trying to get as many goals as possible.
“I’ll revisit it next summer, but for now I’ve let that situation go.
“Now it’s all about how well I can do this season.”
