Ghana top group thanks to Abdulai brace

Ghana finished as Group A winners at the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup Uruguay 2018 with a 2-0 victory over New Zealand in the final matchday of their group stage play thanks to a brace from captain Mukarama Abdulai.

Following Manchester City’s defeat at Newcastle last night, the Reds could have put themselves in a commanding position at the summit and got off to the perfect start when Sadio Mane gave Liverpool the lead after just two minutes.
