The Euro 2020 knockout stages continue this evening, with some of the biggest teams of the tournament having made early exits.

Denmark and Italy booked their places in the quarter-finals, but the Netherlands and holders Portugal are both out.

Portugal were beaten by Belgium to end Cristiano Ronaldo’s hopes of a leading his nation to glory again, and Roy Keane took aim at his young teammate Joao Felix for his part in the defeat.

France and Spain are both in action later, with Switzerland and Croatia the opponents.

Plus we’ll be bringing you all the latest news from the England camp ahead of Tuesday’s crunch clash with Germany.

Travelling Liverpool fans were caught up in trouble ahead of Saturday’s showdown against Real Madrid , after being apparently attacked in a restaurant. The Daily Mirror published a video of violent scenes, claiming a group of Reds supporters were attacked by a 'gang on masked hooligans'. Ukrainian police announced two foreigners had been injured "in a fight" at the city centre establishment, and that two arrests had been made. Reports said the incident occurred at the Rooster Grill.
