Arsenal remain favourites to sign Declan Rice despite Bayern Munich entering race for him
Arsenal remain favourites to sign Declan Rice despite Bayern Munich entering the race to sign him, talkSPORT understands.
The German giants have notified Rice's camp of their interest, however, they believe he's likely to stay in the Premier League.
West Ham boss David Moyes admitted earlier this month there is a 'good chance' the club will lose their prized asset this summer.
And Rice isn't short of admirers, with Manchester United keeping tabs on him while the England star has also been linked with a move back to Chelsea, who scouted him as a child before letting him go aged 14.
But Arsenal are still leading the race to sign the 24-year-old midfielder.
Although West Ham finished in a disappointing 14th place in the Premier League in the 2022/23 season, Rice has enjoyed another good season with them.

He's played a key role in helping the Hammers to the Europa Conference League final, their first European final in 47 years, which sees them take on Italian side Fiorentina on June 7.
Arsenal enjoyed a season of huge progression but it ultimately ended in disappointment as they were beaten to the Premier League title by Manchester City and failed to win any other trophy on offer.
Manager Mikel Arteta is set to be backed again in the summer transfer window with Rice and Brighton star Moises Caicedo heavily linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium.
Bayern by their extremely high standards have had a tough season having been knocked out of the DFB-Pokal (German FA Cup) and Champions League quarter-finals.

However, they secured their 11th straight league title last weekend, pipping Borussia Dortmund to the post on a dramatic final day of the Bundesliga season.
